The internal garden is an abundant reservoir within that we can cultivate through meditation by seeing yourself in a luscious garden. Here you can restore your energy and cultivate inner beauty. We also explored the nature of creating an inner home. Our homes are our nest our sacred space to replenish. It shapes us before entering the outside world.
